Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.
If something is incorrect in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at info@froyja.se.

Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days. Please note: Orders placed on weekends are shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
If there is a delivery delay (without us notifying you of extended delivery time), you should contact us via email at info@froyja.se.

Prices
All prices in the store are quoted in SEK and include 12% VAT and deposit.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to price changes from suppliers, typographical errors in the price list, or inaccuracies due to incorrect information.

Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the day you receive the goods you have ordered.

5.1 When Using Your Right of Withdrawal:
You must notify us if you change your mind. The message should be sent to info@froyja.se. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the items being returned.
You should return the products to us immediately, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in the original packaging.
For the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the original value of the product if it has been used or damaged.

5.2 The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To:
Products that, for health or hygiene reasons, have been sealed (sealed) and where the seal has been broken by you.
Products that are sealed audio or video recordings, and where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom-made products specifically tailored for you or with a clear personal imprint according to your request.
Services that have been performed, and where you have explicitly consented to the service starting without a right of withdrawal.
Goods that are perishable, such as food products.

Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we commit to correcting the issue at no cost in accordance with current consumer protection laws.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to File a Complaint?
Any faults and defects should always be reported to info@froyja.se, including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
If we cannot resolve the issue or deliver a similar product, we will refund the defective product in accordance with consumer protection laws. We will cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with consumer protection laws. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances outside the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or missing deliveries from suppliers.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for any changes in product/characteristics that have been made by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.

Product Information
We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website and to the sale of products that have sold out.
We do not guarantee that the images represent the exact appearance of the products, as color differences may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.

We use a Swedish platform, Quickbutik, operated by Quickbutik AB based in Helsingborg.

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The changed terms are considered accepted when an order is placed or the website is visited.

Disputes and Governing Law
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved in agreement with customer service, you as a customer can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se. For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In case of a dispute, we follow the decision from ARN or the equivalent dispute resolution body.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions should be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
